I find that menu planning saves a lot of time and money! You know what you are making, you know what you need (and what you don't need), you can plan healthier meals, you eat out less etc...
That said here is my menu plan for the week along with some household items I NEED!
Thursday - Chicken Fajita (chicken, lime, red pepper, green pepper,sour cream, fajita)
Friday - Perogies (perogies)
Saturday - Chicken Dumpling Soup (chicken, Broth, dumplings, carrots,peas, cheese)
Sunday - Beef steak (beef, lemon)
Monday - Veal Parm (veal, eggs, cheese, pasta noodles, mushrooms)
Tuesday - Home-made pizza (pizza crust, pineapple, ground meat, sauce)
Wednesday - Mac & Cheese (Mac noodles)
